National Archives and Records Administration Internship

During my Master’s Program, I had the great privilege of interning, over spring break, at the National Archives and Records Administration.

Another student and I were tasked with transferring lantern slides featuring Orville and Wilbur Wright’s early exploration to archival housing and assessing further conservation needs for the collection. Implementation of archival housing included taping the edges of slides, sleeving them, and organizing the collection into archival boxes.
